Delivery time depends on your delivery option.

Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped the same day as placed before 13:00 (CET) if we have them in stock. 

 

Prices

Discount codes are valid according to the conditions mentioned in the campaign.

 

Reservation

Reservations are made for force majeure, typing errors, image errors, price changes, discontinued goods and supplier failure.

 

14 day full return policy

If you regret the purchase within the first 14 days, you have from that time an extra 14 days to return the item. When returning items, please contact info@drawganize.dk. You will then receive an email back from us with a guide on how the return takes place.

NOTE: Remember to refer to your order number.

 

2 year warranty

In accordance with Danish law, all goods are covered by a 2-year warranty. If there are errors or defects in an item, the item will be exchanged, repaired or refunded. Inquiries about complaints can be made by contacting Info@drawganize.dk

 

Liability for property damage caused by the material

In case the package has left upon receipt, please contact the carrier as soon as possible.
